First, go into your PayPal account. We recommend completing the SQ2 verification procedure to gain full access. Next, go to Settings and tap 'Wallet' from the main menu. Here, you will see the option to link a credit card or bank account.
To link your PayPal and NETELLER accounts, you must first provide your NETELLER details. Once you finish verifying, return to your PayPal account. In the wallet area, scroll down to the Make Payment list and choose NETELLER as your payment method.
Finally, input the amount you wish to send and double-check the payment information. Once you are pleased with everything, click the confirm payment button to begin moving funds from PayPal to your NETELLER.
